CAPTAIN BOB’S CRUISE – CANCELLATION POLICY
1. CANCELLATION POLICY FOR BAD WEATHER
1.1 In the event of bad weather as per official announcement by the Meteorological Department, if it is advised for boats to not go out, we will follow the announcement and we will offer a full refund of your deposit or an option to reschedule to a later date without any extra charge.
1.2 In the event of windy or rainy weather (general strong wind over 20 knots or strong rain only not scattered / isolated showers); we can suggest the charter being rescheduled to a later date depending on availability.
1.3 We do not cancel the cruise for soft rain, isolated showers or scattered rain. In such case, we may offer you an option to reschedule to the next day if available but a refund of the reservation won’t be possible.
2. CANCELLATION POLICY FOR REGULAR CRUISE
2.1 Trip deposits are fully refunded if cancelled by the customer 72-hours or more before the trip departure (1pm departure on the date mentioned in the notes above).
2.2 Cancelled by the customer with less than 72-hours’ notice prior to trip departure (as per the departure time from the booking ticket), there will be a charge of 50% of the total amount.
2.3 For no show, no notice, no refund is available.
This cancellation policy does not apply to bookings of private cruise. Please check the correct cancellation policy for private booze cruises below.
3. CANCELLATION POLICY FOR PRIVATE CRUISE
3.1 We fully refund the reservations canceled with at least 7 days’ notice before the travel date.
3.2 We offer a 50% refund of the total price for cancellation is made with a notice between 7 days to 3 days before the travel date.
3.3 Any cancellation made with less than 72 hours before travel dates are not eligible for a refund of any kind. For no-show, no notice no refund is available.
