When making a reservation on captainbobscruise.com you acknowledge that you have read the following terms and conditions.

BOOKING

You must be at least 18 years old or over to make a reservation on the Captain Bob’s Cruise.
Reservations can only be made by email or Facebook at the moment to guarantee availability (until we are able to get back to a daily cruise). Please contact us to make your reservation.
Reservation cannot be hold without deposits.
All rates on captainbobscruise.com are in Thai Baht.
A deposit is required to confirm a reservation and as we have limited capacity pre-booking your seats is strongly advised.
Itinerary may be subject to change due to weather and tidal conditions, strong winds, big waves or really low tides can affect the day’s schedule. In the event of such circumstances, we will of course, inform everyone of any potential issues as soon as we are aware of any.
Remainder of payment is due when check-in at my office no later than 1.00pm on the day of your cruise.
Check-in at least 30 minutes before departure, check-in is mandatory before boarding. Any late arrival will result as a non-show as we do not delay departures. Non-show will not be eligible for a refund of any kind.
We do not require any of the reservations proofs to be printed, you can carry a copy of the proof on your phone when checking in.

CANCELLATION

All reservations are subject to our cancellation policy (as described here).
All cruises must have a minimum number of eight customers. In the event of the minimum number of customers is not reached, we can offer the possibility to move your reservation to the next day if available or offer a full refund of your deposit.
We reserve the right to cancel a cruise at any time and for any reason including safety concerns, especially in the event of bad weather conditions, with or without prior warning. In the event of a cruise cancellation by us you will be offered a full refund of your booking. Captainbobscruise.com cannot be help responsible for any resulting expense or any other consequential loss related to the cancellation or reschedule, including travel expenses.

SAFETY

Health and safety measures will be given by the crew onboard, you must adhere at all time.
By boarding the boat, you accept the intrinsic risks of taking part of the cruise.
Pregnant women (any stage), Infants and minors are not allowed on board. Captainbobscruise.com cannot be held responsible for any consequences, personal injuries, damages and harm as a result of these.
In the event that the cruise has to return to Koh Phi Phi’s main island as a consequence of passenger illness or any other reason such as but not limited to safety reasons, weather conditions. In such case, Captainbobscruise.com has no obligation to offer the customer a refund or a replacement ticket.

Keep in mind that a part of your day will be inside a boat. If you are sensitive to seasickness, you may feel unwell and this may result in not being a great experience for you. Please take this into consideration while making a reservation.

The customer is responsible for paying any amount resulting from accidental or malicious damage made to the vessel or its equipment by the customer.
We allow customers to bring personal belongings onboard however we, captainbobscruise.com, cannot accept reasonability for any loss or damage for property brought on board by the customer. We strongly advise that you leave in your hotel room objects such as jewelry, designer sunglasses or electronic equipment. Don’t bring what you don’t want to lose.
